After a much anticipated wait, Luus officially launched the Zanussi brand of commercial cooking equipment into the Australian market at the Fine Food Exhibition in September of this year.
Although the brand has been available to a limited degree for decades, it is with great celebration that Zanussi is back, with Luus holding the exclusive distribution rights in Australia. Used to further bolster the Luus offering, Zanussi’s high quality equipment has proved popular in the commercial market, backed by Luus local network of service and support.
The team spent months organising the impressive stand to best showcase the Luus and Zanussi relationship. With a large demonstration area displaying two Magistar combi ovens, a Rapido blast chiller and Luus Fo San high powered wok, delicious plates of samples were prepared and served regularly throughout the four day event.
Also on display were a comprehensive Zanussi Evo700 and Evo900 lineup of modular cooking equipment. With patrons able to see the various offerings available and the undeniable quality of each unit, Luus were able to successfully launch the Zanussi brand and celebrate the partnership between the two brands.
