Compact design with a large capacity, our fryers are fast and powerful. With instant heat transfer to the tank, it only takes 9 minutes to heat up 25L of oil from ambient to 180 °C. Available in 400mm wide (2 Baskets) and 600mm wide (3 Baskets). Impressive 36kg/h production rate.
