Since 1998, Luus has grown into an established name in Australia’s commercial kitchen industry. As an Australian-owned family business based in Melbourne, we understand the demands of professional kitchens, from the intensity of Asian cooking to the pace and precision of busy hospitality operations.

That understanding shapes how we develop our equipment. We combine practical engineering experience with an extensive range of commercial cooking solutions, spanning proven gas equipment and an expanding range of commercial induction technology. Our focus is on delivering the performance, reliability and practical features that chefs and kitchen operators need every day.

Our capabilities have grown alongside our business, including an expanded international manufacturing footprint and an increasingly diverse product range. While our reach continues to grow, our focus remains firmly on Australian kitchens, the people who work in them and the customers who rely on us.

Our commitment extends beyond product design. Through our industry involvement, technical expertise and independently certified gas appliances, we take seriously our responsibility to deliver equipment that meets the standards expected of professional kitchens. We continue to build on our experience, embrace new technologies and find better ways to support the evolving needs of the industry.

Luus is a member of the National Australian Foodservice Equipment (NAFES) association and the Gas Appliance Manufacturers Association of Australia (GAMAA). We also work with the Australian Gas Association (AGA) for certification of our gas appliances.
